In general, everything is good.
The location, the owner is friendly, we didn't have to wait long. Helped with a check-in to another apartment.
A small amount of dishes in general, and specifically there is no corkscrew, glasses for wine, champagne, a cutting board. Some cheap tea, coffee.

Poor
Location only. Not far from the center.
Everything. Dirty toilet. Not washed at all. Spots. Dirt. I had to wash myself. The linen is not fresh. The lock on the door is broken. The owner responded to the claims by how much they paid, so much they received. Horror.

Location!
The apartment is located on the first floor, at the entrance we clarified about hot water, since there is no water heater and it may be turned off in summer, we were assured that everything would be fine, but in the end the hot water was turned off for five days !!!! Bed linen was not changed! The blinds in the kitchen are out of order (first floor)! There is little lighting in the apartment!

Very far from the center, a little dirty, at least a store is nearby.
It would be nice to get out. The lighting is a complete disaster, in one room there was no light at all. There was not even toilet paper. The walls in the house are made of cardboard - you can even hear a simple conversation of neighbors at 6 in the morning.

Exceptional
I liked everything and arranged it, phoned the most pleasant hostess, received the keys quickly, the apartment is clean, there is everything you need, the first floor, but the windows to the courtyard, so it's quiet, everything is fine.
