The first thing that caught my eye upon entering was a terribly dirty old carpet in the corridor, the impression that I got into a "bum". There was a dirty, stained kettle in the kitchen - just a disgrace! By the way, the stove was also dirty, dripping with grease. The kitchen table is all scratched - why it was impossible to lay the oilcloth - it would have been a completely different look. They may object to me, but I believe that when renting out an apartment, it is necessary to buy modern bedding, and not use the old grandmother's. The floor in the apartment is very cold - take slippers. The apartment is a warehouse of old furniture, which the owners are sorry to throw out, the space is heavily cluttered. There is a lack of indoor lighting. I have no preconceived notions, I have traveled a lot around the country on business trips, and lived in many apartments, and I know when the owner rents out housing, and when an apartment is in the hands of a housing company, it is "on the stream" (the latter, by the way, are not very they love negative reviews and always write angry denials. Guys, no offense, create a service and no one will tell you a word). In general, I recommend the apartment as a place to "turn over", but in terms of everyday comfort it is not comfortable - it needs general repairs. The photos I took will complement my review.
