Sooo cold, there is no heating yet and the heater does not save, the floor is cold. Water pressure is weak, hot flows through time.
The location is good, the first floor, the apartment is neat, a lot of sockets.

We were in transit.
We arrived late in the evening, they were waiting for us. They occupied and kept a parking space right under the windows. Oriented to the area. Clean, comfortable, has everything you need. When we left, they didn't stop us. A very pleasant hostess.

The apartment can easily qualify for 5 stars.
The hostess made the apartment for herself, so she did not stint on the designer renovation. Even dishes from the same set. We were shocked! All at the highest level.
They did not understand how to use the gas column.
