you can make a convenient ladder to climb to the parking lot and add one socket where the kettle is.
- very friendly and accommodating staff - in the kitchen there is hot water, a lot of different utensils, there is everything. The gas stove makes cooking very fast. - well-groomed territory, clean pools - in the house I was pleased with the presence of an umbrella (the weather was rainy) - clean (new) plumbing, the drain works great in the shower. - the presence of a mini-zoo. A trifle, but pleasant. - Wi-Fi was, but they did not even have to use. Mobile Internet caught perfectly (MTS, Tele2, Yota)
- The houses are cramped. There are narrow uncomfortable passages and stairs on the territory, it is not possible to go everywhere with an umbrella, we had to fold it. It is also difficult to get to house number 5 with a big bag. - sockets are inconveniently located in the house. In the area where the kettle-fridge, there are not enough sockets. There were two of them, I had to connect a refrigerator and a wall heater, and turn on the kettle on the veranda, it was a little annoying. - there was not enough bedside table or shelves in the toilet room, although there is a lot of space, it could be added.

A very well thought out property. Everything you need for a comfortable stay: two summer kitchens with hot water, gas stoves, large tables and barbecues; excellent bath; friendly and accommodating host! All rooms and cottages have hot water. I would recommend the estate for a family vacation, not for noisy companies. On the territory there are many toys for children, a trampoline and a swimming pool (we rested in May, the weather was not conducive to swimming, but sunbathing in the sun loungers by the pool was nice). Of the advantages of the estate - a good location in a quiet place and at the same time close to the road. Near the Tursib base with a water park, as well as attractions that can be easily visited with a child (caves, waterfalls, paleopark, shaggy farm, observation mountain). In general, I liked everything)) If we decide to rest in the Chemal area again, then definitely at this base!
