The hotel should decide on the star rating.
Convenient location. The Kremlin is literally 3 minutes on foot.
This is not 4 *, as stated on Booking, but full-fledged 3 *. The room is small and cramped. Few towels (3 for each). No robes. The room on the first floor is almost at the level of the sidewalk, so anyone can look in and see what's going on in the room. Poor breakfast. Coffee is not from a coffee machine, but from a boiler.

Great hotel not far from the center
Good location of the hotel, in a quiet location, close to the center. Secure parking available. The rooms were ready right away. We traveled as a family, two rooms. We were seated immediately at 11.30. It was excellent.
Not a very big reviewer. But that didn't stop us.

I recommend this hotel.
The location is good. City center. The breakfast is excellent, for all tastes. The room is not big, but cozy and clean. Comfortable beds, clean fresh linens.
There's no such thing.

great hotel with a convenient location. noisy, and so, everything is fine
very clean, great location, great breakfast
the walls are very thin. because of the noisy neighbors, it was uncomfortable. woke up from the rumble, laughter and loud conversations behind the wall

great place at a reasonable price
Great rooms, not killed furniture and decoration. delicious varied breakfast
Upon arrival, there was a terrible sewer smell on the floor where the room was and in the room itself. But after 2 hours after check-in, everything was weathered, airing saved the room
