Dirty. The maid cleaned the neighboring rooms from 00h to 2.00 am, rattled buckets, mop and moved the furniture. To the remarks that at such a time the guests were resting, there was an answer that they had a check-in in the morning and continued to work. It was impossible to use the hanger in the hallway, there was whitewash on the clothes.
I like this guest house, it's the second time I've stayed in it. The location is good, close to the beach, railway station - 15 minutes on foot. Near the bus stop, where you can quickly get to the center of Sochi. There are no problems with canteens and shops. The room has everything you need, including a picturesque view from the window :)
In the attic, WiFi does not catch at all, but for me this is not critical.
All liked it. The breakfasts, however, were not super quality. Overcooked scrambled eggs, overcooked rice. But, nevertheless, everything is quite edible)))
The pool is allowed to be used only from 8 to 20.00. This is not very convenient
