There were cockroaches in the room…

We read positive reviews and decided to spend 10 days of vacation in SunVille. To be honest, we do not understand how this hotel can be given positive reviews. From what this hotel promises - 80% does not match. 1. When booking, there was a view of the sea or mountains, we had a narrow long window in the room, and yes, with one eye you could see the sea, but it’s hard to call it a “view”. 2. When we entered the room, the floor was black, there were stains from drops and other dirt on the walls, it was dirty and dusty on the window sills. 3. We saw the railway on the map, but did not assume that the swallow and the railway go there 24/7. It was impossible to open the windows and sleep with fresh air, you wake up from the noise of trains every time. 4. Air conditioning next to the bed. Not only is there a train station under the window, but also an air conditioner overhead. At the end of my vacation, I caught a cold. How to sleep if it is 28-35 degrees outside the window, and the air does not penetrate into the room? 5. Two windows overlook the neighboring house directly, they are so close that it will be uncomfortable to open the curtains in such weather conditions. 6. For 45 thousand we were promised daily CLEANING. The administrator for 10 days removed from us only at our request. The word DAILY means EVERY DAY. 7. For the first time I see that the hotel staff drank wine with neighbors on the veranda, this is of course a separate case. 8. Everything had to be asked every time. Starting with toilet paper and ending with towels, which, by the way, were not the first freshness and stained. 9. There are no cafes, shops or pharmacies nearby. Get ready to take a taxi or your own car) 10. The Matsesta beach is one of the dirtiest in Sochi, we already learned this from the locals later. And indeed, in the city center, the beach and the water are much better and more comfortable, weeks on this beach. 11. No hair dryer and iron in the room. Only 2 hair dryers and 1 iron for the whole "hotel". 12. Bed linen for 10 days NEVER CHANGED. 13. TOTAL: this “hotel” is not worth 45,000, there is no customer focus, zero service, we drove to the city through traffic jams every time 1.

I did not notice any unpleasant moments for myself associated with the rest in this hotel.
