The owners are very pleasant, polite and accommodating people, these apartments are a great option for families with children.
Excellent apartments equipped with everything you need. Good location. Correspondence to the photo is 100%, it is pleasant to be in the apartment, there is no feeling of disgust and desire to wash everything, as is often the case. Very clean, perfect cleaning, snow-white bedding and towels. Clean kitchen and utensils. Fresh renovation, it is clear that the owners monitor the apartment and maintain it in excellent condition. Two separate bedrooms and a kitchen. We are satisfied, thank you!
If you're too picky: - you can hear the noise outside the window from the youth and neighbors if they are having fun - sofas based on the principle of a French folding bed are not very comfortable for a long sleep of an adult and creak under his weight, but they are quite suitable for a child

Great place for a family holiday away from the noise but close to the beach.
Ideal location in the central area of Sochi. Away from traffic noise and resort festivities, but at the same time, a 15-minute walk from the beach. Excellent repair, second floor, quiet courtyard. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay of 4 - 6 people. All shops and establishments can be reached in just 5-7 minutes. We stayed with three children and were very pleased with both the apartment and communication with the hostess. We will recommend to friends and will definitely try to come back next time!
The towel dryer didn't work, so it was a bit difficult to dry the towels. But then they adapted to turn on the warm floor in the bathroom at night, and it became good (though, most likely, you spend more electricity).

Great apartment
I liked absolutely everything: the location of the apartment, design, cleanliness. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, there is everything you need for a comfortable carefree holiday.
