location
prices are unrealistically high, a room with 2 beds, with a shared toilet and shower is like a suite in other places, the carpet is all dirty, there are stains everywhere and the smell is like in a hostel. saves only polite good staff, reception and security are great, but the hotel itself sucks

I liked the hotel
This is our third time in Shakhty, we stop here to spend the night traveling south / from the south. For the first time in the Gornyak Hotel, and in our opinion this is the best option. Location in the city center, there is free guarded parking, the room is spacious, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast is modest but tasty, the staff is polite. We will gladly stay here again next time.

On the way home
Stopped at this property while returning home from vacation. The standard room we chose was very spacious and comfortable. In general, I liked everything. Breakfast included in the price is decent and tasty.
There was not enough mini-bar in the room with drinks, bars and nuts for a snack. And in the bathroom toothbrushes and washing gel.

One night
Good location next to the M4 "Don". Stopped in for an overnight trip. She arranged everything. Own parking. The hotel is Soviet, but the room is normal. For one person the room is very large. Everything you need for a short stop in the room is there. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is acceptable. Satisfied with the choice
The shower stall was already a little “tired”, but everything in it worked with excellent water pressure.

Soviet hotel with air conditioning and Wi-Fi
Room upgrade at no extra cost or request. Instead of a standard one-room suite, they settled in a two-room suite. Very polite staff. Good location. Air conditioner. Furniture in excellent condition. Plumbing good, everything in working order.
What could be improved: Room design. There are lovers of Soviet romance, but sometimes you want modern)
