Bad
Nowhere is it said that this is a room for rent in an apartment with the owner living in it! Despite the cozy interior of the room, the apartment is old and musty smell of junk is present. It's time to change the floors too! And the cost of rent per day is 4 stars, in fact a hostel!

Exceptional
The most comfortable and quiet location. Given the type of accommodation (a room in an apartment), and this was my first experience, it was as comfortable as possible. Yuriy creates maximum comfort. No gender stereotypes: Yuri is as correct as possible and does not violate personal boundaries. And he is also a great conversationalist and artist (I managed to notice the work out of the corner of my eye)

Perfect
Clean, comfortable, pleasant host. It is quiet at night, allowing you to get a good night's sleep. Excellent location - you can walk to the center, you can use transport, which is nearby for every taste.

Clean, bright apartments, with hospitable hosts, it's nice to stay in such places. Despite the current post-quarantine situation, the owners of Art Room complied with all sanitary and epidemiological standards.
