Budgetary and convenient.
All the rest. There are generally all the amenities. Location. It's fun to sleep on the 2nd floor. Wide mattress. Cosy.

Liked the location.
Renovation of the apartment is of very poor quality. There is no sink in the kitchenette. Very small (children's) sink in the bathroom. This creates great inconvenience when washing and even more so when washing dishes. During the entire period of our stay we were never able to cook anything, since it is impossible to wash the dishes.

Disappointment from a place to stay in the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg
Locations, and only .... The main attractions of St. Petersburg are 25-30 minutes walk away.
The declared area for living does not correspond to the real one provided by the owner of the apartment. In fact, this is certainly not an apartment, but a hostel with a separate micro-bathroom. There is no air conditioner. It was very stuffy.
