I recommend the place. Quiet, clean, fast and friendly staff. I will gladly return.
The location is excellent, quiet and comfortable. Everything you need is at hand. Close to metro station and nice walk. Satisfied with the place.
There is a washing machine next to room number 4, and if the neighbors start washing in the evening, then the machine works half the night. The buzzing in the head is something.

The room is very stuffy, the repair is old, the wallpaper is peeled off in places. Stairs and floors are terribly tight. The bathroom is very small

The entrance is terrible, there is no light. The front door is uncomfortable. It's been 4 days and the deposit has not been returned.

Great location but needs some improvements to the room
Great location, nice hosts
One of the beds with an uncomfortable mattress, not enough dishes. You need to add knives, utensils so that you can cook something, it would be ideal to add air conditioning
