I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the Samsonov Hotel on Decembrists Street! The manager was responsive and tried to fulfill all my requests. The reception is open 24/7 and you can ask for an extra pillow or coffee at any time. They helped me get a taxi to the airport. The room was comfortable, a large Jacuzzi pleased) there is a convenience store nearby, a pharmacy, and the center is 5 minutes by car.
There is a well-established scheme of work of a profitable house. This means - the absence of any unexpected negative moments, but sincerity with attention to subtle details was not found here either.
Dirty microwave smelling of instant noodles. I recommend adding a check and cleaning of the microwave to the cleaning script, if necessary.

The location is beautiful and cozy, but for the price it is just perfect, the staff will always help, cleanliness in the bathrooms, very comfortable beds and laundry facilities, all attractions are within walking distance.
Lack of storage space (I really needed a wardrobe), a small blanket for two, they could hardly find a hostel upon arrival, no one answered the phone, a lack of nets on the windows.
Cleanliness in the room, clean linens and towels, there is everything for a comfortable stay.
The stay was comfortable, clean, regular cleaning, no complaints about the staff. Only here are some hotel guests who do not wash off after themselves in the toilet, do not remove used packs of shampoo and gel in the shower, be human, respect others!
