spacious apartment, but there are nuances
1. location. 2. coffee machine and availability of necessary kitchen appliances
1. It was cold in the apartment in winter. 2. fake fireplace. in a cold apartment, it could be very useful. at least electric. 3. lack of bathroom accessories - shampoo, soap, air freshener. 4. audibility and clatter of neighbors from above.

Excellent, very spacious apartment in a historic building and area of St. Petersburg
The location is beyond praise. This is a real St. Petersburg front door. The padik has a bunny. It is a rare case when apartments in reality turn out to be larger than they appear from the photographs.
The representative of the agency is not the most punctual person, keep in mind, warn strongly in advance.

An impeccably equipped apartment including a coffee machine, jacuzzi, etc. Spacious rooms. A wonderful hostess.
