It is nice to realize that the owners have invested warmth and cosiness in their apartment, which made it possible to create a comfortable and hospitable home, which is surprisingly pleasant to be in. Cleanliness, order, beautiful interior, availability of everything you need (including a dishwasher), convenient check-in time, responsiveness and attention to details of the owner.

The apartment is beautiful, in an old house, with excellent renovation, stylish interior. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in the apartment. Walking distance to the promenade, shops, cafes. I especially want to note the goodwill of Mikhail, his willingness to help, to meet halfway.

Excellent location in the center of St. Petersburg. All sights, good restaurants and places of walking are within walking distance. Very cozy, warm, well-groomed, clean apartment, stylish atmosphere. It's nice that the apartment is non-smoking, no extraneous unpleasant odors. Friendly host Michael.

We got crazy with how good it can be in St. Petersburg. In many ways we were lucky with the weather, of course, but the apartment is just fine. Michael met us, showed us everything. We were pleasantly surprised that in the apartment there were all hygiene products, powders, detergents. More towels, everything is cool. The bedroom is perfectly curtained up so that the light does not penetrate into it at all. The apartment is super conveniently located, next to, perhaps, the best confectionery where we were (Farm). You get to the embankment in 5 minutes.

Three of us stayed in this apartment - two adults and a child. We had a wonderful time, rested, culturally saturated. The apartment is not only luxurious, but with everything you need for living, and most importantly in the very historical center of St. Petersburg. Apartment with spacious rooms, two windows in a room where you can easily breathe. The windows overlook the courtyard, so no extra noise. You can really relax. We would not have found a parking lot without the owner's scheme, but the main thing is that there are always places, and at night the gates to the courtyard are closed. Michael is polite and pleasant in communication, goes to meet the residents.
