Very specific repair - for an amateur.
The apartment is located 5 minutes from the beach, a beautiful promenade, close to a sufficient number of shops, park, infrastructure.
The house is an old building, the smell in the entrance. Cleaning is superficial, clean in prominent places - not cleaned in the corners. The bathroom has a constant musty smell. The bed is not comfortable, they put a blanket on the mattress, from which it gets hot at night and it gathers in a lump. The windows of the apartment overlook a busy street - very noisy!!! Kitchen furniture is high, it is not convenient to use, there is no work surface. The refrigerator is very dirty, it has not been washed for several years! Smell! There were only 2 chairs at the table - there were 4 of us.
