Upon arrival, you need to transfer the payment for accommodation plus a deposit to the card. Well, OK. Obviously, after you check out, you expect your deposit back. But it was not there. For a day and a half (!!!) my messages and questions about the deposit were simply ignored. I sent a message through booking and they told me that the deposit had been withheld from me, allegedly for damaging the blinds. And an indistinct photo with some small holes in the blinds. I would like to note that the blinds were used strictly for their intended purpose - they were lowered and raised, as is usually done. How and most importantly why should I make holes in them - I do not understand. Beliefs that I did not touch these unfortunate blinds with any piercing and cutting objects do not work. It's very similar to some kind of divorce in order to withhold bail from the tenants, because how to prove that you did not spoil anything is not clear. I would like to warn other people - choose apartments with reviews and take a picture of everything as it is in them upon your arrival. Apparently even blinds.
