The four of us stayed with the children, there was enough space for everyone, by the way, both sofas are laid out. A huge plus: a warm floor in the hallway and in the bathroom, it helps a lot with drying things after skiing) I also liked the location: 150m to Pyaterochka, 250-300m to the Chasovny stop, 450m to the Em and Em cafes.
