I did not like that there is no free parking in the area (but this was mentioned in the ad). Very small apartment, the suitcase took up half the room. There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet. The apartment is on the first floor, it’s hot near the radiator, but cold air is blowing from the windows. But for one night...

This is not an apartment, these are cabins separated by drywall, with a separate door, shower and toilet, you can’t turn around there, and NOT a bed is installed, but a folding bed!, creaks and seems to be folding now. In a booth (like an apartment with a meager area), it’s very stuffy, you open the window, and rats just run outside the window, it’s very unpleasant to open the window, it’s just scary to open, you can let guests in ... It was not pleasant to be, the audibility was as if they were lying next to you, the folding bed is terrible, the bed linen is generally a separate song, the duvet cover is one pillowcase the same, and the rest is all different, the pillows and the blanket are yellow spots, the shower is not clean, a foot towel no at all, everything is in the water, two large towels are so worn out that there are holes, very unpleasant. And it costs 1937 r + 1tr deposit. Well, it's not worth this terrible conditions, people must be treated with respect, cleanliness, a normal bed, linen, towels, this will not interfere with your business. And poison the rats! Outside the window they are just teeming!! With the window open, they may end up in one of these so-called apartments... I do not recommend booking this place!!!

There was very little space, there was more in the photo, it was clean, the floor was below the pedestrian street, the blinds were not tight when the light was on, everything is visible in the room, there is very little space, two of them could not turn, they had to climb to the table through the bed. Noise isolation is disgusting, the neighbors talked all night as if they were in the same room with us, after 12 hours of the road it didn't work out. The metro is 40 minutes on foot, the car can only be left in a paid parking lot across the road, this is both a plus and a minus, there are no other options even to park the car and unload things within a radius of 1 kilometer. Plus this is the fact that while the new apartments are clean, but there are no more pluses on this. By the way, the TV in our room did not work, there was no signal.
