Poor
We arrived at 20 o'clock (although the check-in could have been at 14), the room was not cleaned, the bed linen was dirty. The woman, with whom the owner spoke to contact for any reason, said that she would come in 20 minutes and do everything, came in 50

Quiet room
Lots of black hair on the bedding. And these are not mine. The question immediately arose: did the bedding change? Coldly. The battery barely warmed up. No spare roll of toilet paper TV did not work

Good
Clean and comfortable. Fresh linen, a small kitchenette equipped with everything you need. The metro is nearby, the passage to the metro is through the bridge over the construction site, almost directly 3 minutes. In fact, a three-room apartment on the ground floor in which each room is equipped with a small studio, with its own bathroom, kitchenette and a small hallway. Fully matches the photos on the site. Documents for accounting on request. A suitable option for a business traveler.
Of course the price :) The parking is an ordinary courtyard near a multi-entrance high-rise building: "who did not have time - he is late." The view from the first floor window to the construction site is so-so, but there are blackout curtains.
