Clean, cozy, comfortable, stylish, modern renovation, convenient location. There is everything you need: dishes, washing and dishwasher, dryer, hair dryer, internet, TV, quality pillows and blankets. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. In reality, exactly as in the photo. It was very pleasant to be. Infrastructure within walking distance. Very pleased! Huge thanks for the hospitality!

Modern design, well-chosen interior details, a beautiful view from the window, the embankment is 100 m (or even less). The location is excellent, within walking distance of cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, shops.

Everything is fine! Very convenient location, all attractions within walking distance (Amber Museum, Victory Square, Kant Island and many others). If you don’t like walking, then there are also bus stops nearby that will take you to anywhere in the city and beyond (from the stop near the apartment you can get to Zelenogradsk and the Curonian Spit, to cities on the Baltic coast). Nearby is a grocery store and Basilik restaurant (this is not an advertisement, but I advise you to try eggplant pizza there, and everyone else is also top 😍). We rented for a family of 5, there was enough space for everyone. That's all you see in the photos, in life it's the same. Everything is clear, without any photo deception. Everything is clean and thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. Nadezhda provided us with everything we need. Upon arrival, Nadezhda met us, showed us everything and told us, a very pleasant and good-natured hostess. Special thanks to her ☺️ We will definitely return to Kaliningrad and to Nadezhda!

There were four of us (my parents, me and an adult son). Two-room apartment allows everyone to comfortably accommodate. Renovated clean and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher and washing machine. Very quiet courtyard. There is a place under the windows for parking a car. Within walking distance of attractions: within walking distance of the Upper Pond (a very picturesque place, perfect for a quiet promenade), the Amber Museum, 20 minutes walk to the Central Market, Kant Island was also reached on foot, but the truth was the journey lasted 40 minutes (3 km) . I really liked the Pivnoy Dvor establishment (near the Central Market). Great atmosphere and great deals. Friendly hosts, which is very important when you are relaxing in an unfamiliar city. Thanks to Nadezhda for meeting us and extending her stay due to the flight postponement.
