I liked the location, the closed territory gives coziness and comfort. Delicious breakfasts and daily cleaning.
The villas are in dire need of a facelift inside and out. There are a lot of chips and damage in the rooms (even on the lamps). outside, cushioning gum hangs and smudges on the facades. On the open balconies, rust on the tiles stagnated.
Excellent location, in the center of the promenade, close to good restaurants and cafes. Each villa has its own private pool and terrace.

It is disappointing that good architecture is spoiled by cheap laminated sheets as signboards. It is completely incomprehensible why we need cards that are exchanged for towels in the spa. Are they stolen that often? Breakfast is poor.
Great view from the room and the location of the hotel. Great place for a group vacation. Each house has its own parking and a lot of greenery.
