A very customer oriented hotel. Comfortable, clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay
The hotel pool is seasonal. It was not available for our dates. And we liked the sunbathing area.
Once there was no water in the cooler on the floor. By morning they had corrected themselves and put in a new bottle.
Convenient location, comfortable, clean rooms, perfectly working plumbing. Delicious breakfast buffet.
I liked everything from the first day, we are very grateful to Andrey, Maxim, Irina, Svetlana and all the staff who made the stay comfortable.

There is an airport shuttle which is very convenient. The room is nice, clean, but there was a smell in the room, if you leave the window open, you don't feel it. There is a cooler in the corridor, which is great for water drinkers. Breakfast is delicious, homemade, but you can eat nearby cheaper. The area around the hotel is well maintained. The hotel has internet. In general, quite good.
Didn't like the smell in the room.
