We checked in quickly, the hostess told me on the phone where the key was. Very nice neighbor looking after the apartment. Photos correspond to reality. The apartment has a bedroom, a children's room and a kitchen-living room. Two balconies (in the bedroom and in the living room), air conditioning in the living room. The bedroom has a dressing room with bed linen and towels. Nice renovation. Good hob (ceramic glass) with oven, microwave, washing machine. The kids loved the faucet in the kitchen and the shower - very comfortable. The bathroom has underfloor heating. There was shampoo, shower gel in sachets, liquid soap, dishwashing detergent... Bicycles can be rented in the building for free. The beach is about 2.5 km. One road around the Olympic Park, the other through the park (through two viaducts). The nearest small shops are on the next street (Khutorskaya) 250 meters away. Away (500 m) on the Starookhotnichy supermarket "Kolobok" and not far from it bus stop 60. Railway station 1.5 km.

Located 2 km from the beach, but in a very quiet area. Nearby there are shops, cafes. Nice balconies. There is a washing machine. Suitable for couples. There are also free bikes, and we successfully rode along the embankment.

Full 3 room apartment, 2 separate rooms. The first room has one children's bed and one regular single bed. The second room has a double bed and a dressing room. There is a folding sofa in the living room, very large :) good kitchen appliances and a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels. Everything is absolutely 10 out of 10. There is a balcony, access from the living room and from the second bedroom. Shops are 2-3 minutes walk from the house, in the neighboring guest house there is a chic bathhouse with a heated pool on the street and a barbecue area. The hostess is great! To Sochi park by taxi 93₽ goes, walk about 25 minutes. The apartment is very convenient for families with children, there are no neighbors below))))
