The reception is at the hotel next door, but there is no information about this, and the maintenance staff assaulted us: how come we don't know so much... The bathroom was dirty and the drain was clogged for days. Towels are not provided. The mattresses are very old, the bed linen has been washed so many times that every item has at least one hole, the pillows are lumps stuffed into a pillowcase. There is no internet connection. The doors are defective. The small TV is placed near the ceiling, parallel to the ceiling, above the dresser, in small rooms, it is used only as a radio. The mosquito net on the balcony door was defective, tied with wire, which obstructed the normal closing of the door. The price is not as written in the offer, the resort tax is not included but added at the end. You can pay with a holiday card, but there is another (inexplicable) fee added. Because the front desk staff is young, this location can greatly improve its quality. However, it requires commitment and respect, in addition to the financial and time investment.
