The kitchen is clean but the microwave didn't work. The chairs in the room where the upholstery was worn and loose! There are many knives in the kitchen drawer, but there is no small knife for fruit, etc.

Some setback in the absence of confirmation of the regular supply of mains water, as a posteriori intervention by the municipal picket was needed to resolve the lack of water.
