Some detail that we discussed with Abel, but nothing remarkable and everything solved

Good price-quality ratio.
Of the rest, mainly the view over the sea and the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and other services.
Although not directly associated, the behavior of some neighbors is not ideal, playing music even at dawn, which lasts until morning.

Very good!
We loved our stay. The apartment was clean and had a very pleasant atmosphere. Excellent location.
The kitchen could be better equipped. Some utensils are missing.

Madeira the land of the mountains
The apartment is very well located and with phenomenal views, all places with easy access in an old building but very well maintained. Parking for the car which made it very easy to arrive at the end of the day. All appliances working perfectly.
It was a pity to have to wait one (1) hour at the door of the building to give me the keys and the extra bed where my children stayed in the living room could be better. Could have a dishwasher.
