Equipment, distance to the city, size of the apartment.
Everything is ok, for people who have trouble sleeping, the sound of the central heating stove may be disturbing. It's not terrible, but you can hear it at night.

The location is ideal for people looking to use PKP.

For this price, I recommend looking for something else.
Large furnished terrace with mountain views. Kitchenette with utensils. The silence of the night. Nearby there is a place for walking the dog (John Paul II Square).
Collection and return of keys 3 km from the place of residence - in the mountains it is very cumbersome. Big, uncomfortable pillows. Clogged shower. Grilling is not possible.
