A deposit of PLN 200 paid in cash upon check-in, which was not mentioned anywhere before booking the room, but in the regulations sent to the e-mail after payment as one of many sub-points that are easy to overlook. At the end, waiting for the staff to check the room and return the deposit - not very tasty treatment of guests with which I have not yet met anywhere. On the first night of stay, the temperature drops to 2 degrees at night and the room and bathroom are ice-cold, the radiators are almost cold and the owner claims that this is how it should be, because it is not a residential house but a hotel! They should write clearly in the announcement that the facility is unheated!! In no hotel we were so cold as here, strange translation and savings on heating, which made the stay not very comfortable.

The service of the lady "caretaker" is a mockery. Obsessive and not nice lady for whom doing her job is some kind of punishment. Her attitude and appearance effectively spoil the image of such an interesting guesthouse as Sunny Terraces. Fortunately, the owner himself is a reasonable and competent man to whom I wish success in running this business. However, next time going to the seaside, I will certainly not take Sunny Terraces into account.
