The apartment is located in a large residence in which the staff is completely unprepared and absolutely harsh and rude, plus on the day of departure we wanted to relax in the pool, and in response the staff said that we could not leave our suitcases anywhere. because we didn't have a special room. I also asked for a late check out and was told that this is not possible and if I want to leave the room later I will have to buy another night.
