The staff are nice and helpful.
I find it unhygienic. There were mice everywhere. They ate my food. And the hallway was always wet and very slippery. Very dangerous situation ☹️
NOTHING !!!!
Everything, very humid room, full of mosquitoes, a noisy air conditioner that did not cool, noisy environment, mold in the room, musty smell .. we are 100m. stepped further into a hotel and left the room without sleeping a night .. one dog at home sleeps in better conditions than people get the chance there
Good friendly staff, delicious food
The flush in the toilet did not work
The room is equipped with a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, light and dark lamps and a small closet. An airport shuttle is offered for 700 pesos. Breakfast is served in a small adjacent restaurant (pancakes, toast, coffee) à la carte.
Room condition at reception (countless mosquitoes in the room) No toilet facilities Staff who speak only basic English
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful in their own way.
Wifi didn't work properly on the top floor. Charging the phone is not possible in the room, while in Cebu almost everywhere sockets allow you to connect the euro. At check in she tried to charge more pesos for the room. The transfer fee is not 350 pesos, but increased to 500 pesos! The hotel does operate in a Filipino way, but is not worthy of 2 stars.
