The facilities were comfortable and beautiful. The staff was very attentive and friendly at all times. The restaurant food was scrumptious. In addition, the view from all parts of the hotel garden, rooms and restaurant was spectacular.
It is probably "a bit far from the center of Puno" about 15 to 20 minutes. But really, it's not a problem.
