Crossing to Puno
The staff was very friendly and offered us an electric heater as the nights were cool. They organized the excursion for us as well as the taxi for our departure.

The hosts are charming, ready to help you at all times. The location is perfect and the breakfast very good! There is no heating but there is hot water. They booked the Titicaca Islands tour for us at a very good price. Recommended!

Good location but always cold
Convenient location, friendly staff, warm blankets.
The whole hotel was constantly very cold. Also, I got the impression that the cleaners hid my slippers under the bed and under the bedside table. Luckily I found her. Hot water was only available on request (for a short time)

Very good, but not enough constant hot water
Great beds! With a very warm duvet and an extra heater that does the job perfectly. good location
"Hot" water is only one evening out of two... Accidental luck in Peru, it seems, after all!
