Exceptional quality / price
Individual attention, views of Lake Titicaca, close to Plaza de Armas, but in a quiet area.

Very good
The breakfast was varied. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The cafeteria must have hot water to serve hot drinks at night. The people under the care were very friendly.
Hot water has gone missing for the last 2 days, and they didn't realize it in time. Sometimes at night you would call the front desk and no one answered. The ascent from the square to the hotel was always very exhausting.

Nice place to get around Puno
The family who visited the hotel were always very kind and willing to help us. This is a good hotel for the price they charge.
There were problems with hot water (it is very cold in the city) and there was no heating in the rooms, a detail that could make a difference.
