A very good option
The presence of the person who ran it, the location, the kitchen equipment, the TVs, all in all very good.
Slightly improve, perhaps, the use of common areas, but this corresponds to the administration of the building, not the apartment.

Autonomous city apartment
Autonomous apartment. The reception at the entrance to the house was always present and competent.

Personal opinion.
The apartment is as it is, as shown in the photos in the ad. They kept in touch with me constantly as I had to extend my stay and they honored the security deposit I paid.
In the ad, they noted that they had provided a desk. However, when I had already ordered and paid, I was told they didn't have a table because there wasn't room. When I arrived at the apartment, I noticed that although the apartment was small, it had a place to work, or a small desk, or a folding table.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment is well located, it has everything for comfort (shampoo, soap, detergent, coffee, etc.), everything was clean, the beds are comfortable and the decoration was very nice.
