Super bad attention, everything dirty, they don't clean the room

As for amenities, they are acceptable.
The girls at the front desk and kitchen were very friendly and detailed.
I made a reservation for the price and when I arrived at the front desk they made me wait to get the price even though I already showed it to the front desk and then they charged me more than what was supposed to be, although it is not an amount more, it is action if you make a reservation they must respect the price. I stayed because I was already there. It is so simple!

The promotional photos do not match what I found upon arrival, they do not clearly explain that this is an unsafe area, much less explain the type of city sector to be found.
