Alvaro is great, his house is incredible, the neighborhood is very good, there are great restaurants with unbeatable value for money around.
Only downside the wifi connection which does not work in the room but it works very well in the living room
Perfect stopover between arrival in Lima and the bus early the next morning, 5 min walk from the bus terminal take-out breakfast the kindness of our host

There was a good balanced breakfast,🤩 I was very happy because the lodging is in a safe area, close to places I needed to visit, excellent and of course the owner willing to help :) very friendly🤩
Internet, apart from that everything is excellent
We chose this property as it is very close to the Cruz del Sur bus station. The location is truly excellent as is the care for the guests. The next day, as we had to get up early, breakfast was prepared for us to take away. Recommended for those who have to take the bus the following morning.
