The irregularity of breakfast. Some mornings there was no more salmon, sometimes no more pancakes or syrup. Most of the staff were friendly except for one or two.

Only after intervention did we get the booked category - breakfast room too small - uncontrollable loud and cold air conditioning - staff recommendation: put a towel in!!! - unfriendly staff when checking in only got the correct category the next day - toilet seat extremely low
The varied and copious breakfast, the bedding, the calm, the checkout until noon.
Very little provision in the room: no cupboard to store clothes, just a very small wardrobe, no bottle of water or kettle.
