The front desk staff has very poor attention, they charge very high parking fees and access is difficult.

The space in the room, his beds and a sofa bed for the people we were.
If there was muddy water in the pool, maintenance is not carried out, the room is not swept properly, the towels have never been changed, even if they are left dirty in the sink, they are put back.

The girl at the front desk is very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure everything is going well, but I think her job is better.
I think the cleaning is very poor, in all aspects: shower, beds, floors, kitchen, etc.

Sayulita Holidays
The room has an incredible view, the bed is very comfortable and the pillows are too, oh and especially the curved screen which gives it a plus, the staff are very friendly, boy and girl, it has private parking which was great too, I would go back to go

I liked everything, I would like an outdoor pool 😊
The cleaning was not 100% as the towels were not changed and the trash was not taken out. The rest is nice.
