Water leaks in the bathroom, smells bad, we were given only 3 towels, the water was changed too hot, noises are heard from other rooms on the side, we were not explained anything about the accommodation.

The receptionist (Ismael) was very unhelpful. The very fact of staying in an apartment and not in a hotel was very unpleasant. He didn't even specify the use of towels which were cards. I found out at the end when I handed over apartment cards. He insisted that for two days he did nothing to solve the problem. He was very careless. The owner never answered the call. I didn't even know his name. The apartment lacked cleanliness. When we arrived, it smelled musty.

They never put paper in the bathroom. There is (or was not) daily cleaning. The room is very pretty and cozy at the base, but can be unpleasant for detail people. Clean, but with two problems: 1) dirty indoors. Old things are stored in the cupboard under the sink and especially in the closet, where there is nowhere to hang something. 2) A few simple and inexpensive maintenance and repairs are urgently needed in the bathroom and kitchen to keep the installation from looking decadent. EYE: DESPITE EVERYTHING, THE ROOM WORTH IT.

This is an all inclusive apartment but if you don't want all inclusive they don't sell you food or drinks and they don't let you spend food or drinks at the pool and beach, I don't recommend it.
