Very good
The place was very good and very spacious, if I would return, a very fair price for what it is
The only detail is that you have a controlled door to enter the lobby, but they have it for a reason, it's fine, it's not something super bad

Inexpensively spend 1 night
This is a good option to come alone to sleep and retire.
The bathroom smelled awful like a pipe, there was no hot water for bathing and the white towels were a little dirty, but for the price I think that's ok

Cheap and good
The location is excellent and in terms of price - the location and quality of the room is ok, the place is modest.
There is too much noise from the main avenue of Mazatlan, you cannot fall asleep, because pneumonia is at full volume, and cars are constantly making noise with music, and all the noise comes through the balcony door.
