The pool was warm, very comfortable to swim at any time.
Maybe it's just my tastes but the bed was very firm for me. The receptionist/host of the place could be friendlier or more effusive when welcoming, she seemed very serious to me, although she was super friendly at all times. Oh and the jacuzzi I don't know if we didn't know how to move it but it was freezing, colder than the pool.
