In general, our stay was very comfortable, but when the guard asked to bring us chairs, he got upset, started making gestures of disgust, as it hurt him, we offered to rearrange the chairs, but he was the one who told us that only he could take the chairs. Otherwise, everything is extraordinary.
Cleanliness, attention, service, kindness and, above all, location for any request. The only one I would put is a more comfortable sofa there, everything is fine.
The pool is perfectly heated. It is ideal for relaxation and is well equipped. There are no children here, so in that sense it is a magically quiet room. The attention of the pool guard Leodegario is unmatched. I recommend this.
There was always no hot water in the shower room and no assistance was provided.
