The apartment tower is in very good condition, everything is very clean, free covered parking, elevators work well at all times. The super spacious apartment, with all services, very clean, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, balcony, all very spacious. The pool is small but we were lucky that there were very few people so it was to ourselves. It has direct access to the beach through security code. Television with multiple platforms to watch movies and series (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. The room does not have a cleaning service but for a fairly affordable daily amount they were going to do the cleaning, dishes, etc.
The only thing that to my liking could be improved is the coverage of the WIFI signal since in one of the bedrooms the WiFI signal simply did not reach so it only allowed 2 open television channels to be seen. Which can be corrected with a mesh type network, apart from that everything else is very good.
