Found services for transfer after a while, information did not match what happened at airport pickup. Then we waited a long time before they drove everyone to their respective hotels. It would have been easier and faster to book a taxi. Tired hotel but ok location and facilities. At check-in, it turned out that the hotel I booked was not the one advertised on booking. I had paid in advance but since the hotel had not received the money (I showed the transaction from my bank) they demanded 1800 pesos as a guarantee and without giving me any kind of "receipt". Received paper with information about the hotel which also did not agree with my booking. AC didn't work. Don't recommend this, unfortunately.
