- the basic apartment would not be bad either, in the balcony there is also a nice little pool, too bad that nobody takes care of it. We never used it in a week's stay because it was always in embarrassing conditions. - upon arrival the bedroom was full of insects. After 4 days they came "to clean" without solving. - as if that weren't enough on the penultimate evening a pipe broke in the bathroom, the apartment practically flooded, wetting all the clothes and documents in the room (yes, because you have to keep your clothes on the floor in your suitcase since there is no wardrobe in the home). - useless kitchen and living room since there is no area in the house where you can make yourself comfortable to eat. - I don't recommend it even if you are aiming to save money, because there are cheaper options in Cancún.
I appreciated the geographical location, the cleanliness. hot shower and top quality toiletries.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night. Everything was ok - enough space and air con was great. There was also a dispenser for drinking water. But the staff were very friendly and helpful!
The pool is relatively small and was also a bit dirty due to the trees around it.
