Despite being a great option for Los Cabos, it seems to me that there are certain issues that should be updated and/or notify the guest. The bedroom in general requires remodeling. The uncomfortable and noisy beds, very old furniture and old bedspreads too. The kitchen had poor water pressure in the sink, old unusable knives, and all the doors were banging. The curtains are not black out, nor do they completely block inwards, and the apartment is on the ground floor. The only bedroom is NOT completely private, and because of the very curtains, they could see you changing. They don't tell you that to use the hotel's restaurants and bars, they charge you an extra $30USD per day. (If you choose to go to the supermarket to buy and prepare, take into account the information shared about using their restaurants and the state of the department's kitchen)

The first night the air conditioner did not cool, but we discussed this and the next day the problem was solved. As a recommendation, I would include blackouts so that the light does not hit so much, but this is a small thing.

Just know that you should stop for "supplies" before your arrival if you don't have a car. You will need mosquito repellent and a small bottle of dish soap or a cleaning fee to wash the dishes, but if you leave the dishes in the sink, ants will appear. Also bring food and drinks if you don't want to go to the hotel's restaurants for every meal and snack. Owner - Please provide a small bottle of dish soap and bowls (for cereal).
