Cleaning (no). Arrival information (no). Response to complaint after 2 days and again!!.(more than 7 days of stay). Breakfast (always the same) and not so terrible. Dinner is really very average. (no drink, not even water). Drink with meals and supplements!!!!. There are no events at the hotel.
