it stunk to high heaven, there was buzzing in the room the whole time so I couldn't sleep and it was dirty

The nearby hotels raised the price, so I chose this hotel 🤮
The mattress on the bed is too soft and concave, it's hard to sleep

It's really bad. It's raining and leaking, and the room is not allowed to change. The sound insulation is super poor, there are no toiletries, and the smell of cigarettes is very strong

Machine sounds and noises can be heard all day from the ceiling or next door. The room smells like cigarettes. Not clean. Security is too lax. I have pests. The air conditioner is broken. The attitude of the Chinese staff is bad.
