A hotel without a gym

I chose the hotel because it said on booking.com that the hotel has a gym. Was not. The lack of windows in my room was also disappointing.

The map can't find the location at all, go upstairs in the corridor There are a lot of people downstairs inviting guests no toiletries no water heater There are cockroaches
